The countrys third:largest home and auto carrier as well as the top specialty product carrier in the U.S. is currently interviewing for an Insurance Sales Representative.
Farmers Insurance Sales Agent : Responsibilities
As a member of the Farmers Insurance team, youll join an elite group of Insurance Professionals representing the third:largest multi:lines insurance company in America. Our Licensed Insurance Representatives are professional risk advisors and consultants who help customers protect and build their assets. In this career you will have the opportunity to participate in several other exciting business activities including:
* Utilizing proven marketing systems to offer potential customers our Property and Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance and Investment Products
* Providing excellent service and building relationships with policyholders
* Attending networking and sales events, trade shows and community events
* Educating and assisting customers with Insurance Coverages and Financial Investments
* Obtaining insurance licenses(s) and staying aware of evolving industry and product changes
Have you been in the military and have a current insurance license? You could qualify for special Farmers programs with bonuses.
Requirements
A current Insurance License is preferred
:All candidates have or will be obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance License, Life Insurance License, and optional Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses
:Have 50,000 in liquid assets or be able to obtain (Programs available for those that have 25,000 available)
: x200B;Sign on Bonus is available for those with investable assets of 50,000 or more*
:If you purchase a book of business we will give you a 2500 sign on bonus.

The ideal Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will also have:
* Sales experience, preferrably in the Insurance, Banking or Property Management Industry.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Fearless and positive attitude
* Self:motivation and goal:orientation
* Strong organizational, time management and follow:through skills
* Desire to continually learn new products and services
* Good credit history with no bankruptcies within the last 12 months.
* A favorable criminal record no Felonies
